September 3rd,  AM.
..
Well today is our 26th Wedding Anniversary, but we decided to sneak out tomorrow instead.  Last week I had a molar puled out as we have no one in our town who can do a root canal.  The good news is that for only twelve dollars I got an X-ray, anesthesia, an extraction and medication!  Not Bad.  Our church is really doing well, and all I can do is let it continue without explanation or credit because I am sure God is doing it all.  My son Jonathan wrote me a nice e-mail from Bible College asking if he could get to know a certain female student better.  I've been working more on my furlough date and when factoring our paper work for visa renewals, Joshua's HS graduation and our Seminary graduation here, it looks like May of 2010.  But... if our paper work is held up, it could be later so I am hesitant to get tickets just now.  Today is Thursday, I have no ministry commitments, so I will meet with the three men who are living on our church property to organize their responsibilities and will also work on our seminary by  reviewing lessons, making sure our teachers are ready, and I'll  grade some reports, handouts and exams for our students who took Pastoral Epistles and Pediatric Pedagogy.  I like these kind of days.  It enables me to catch up on things.















Sep 9th: Just got a good text.  Let me share it with you:  Good pm Pastor..well..I don't know but I feel like texting u now... And the counseling did make me realize many things and to be honest, I feel so light... If I have a problem is it OK to ell it 2 u? And I promise 2b a better person for  God.. and Pastor feel free 2 tell and correct me if I've done something wrong I would really appreciate it.  I think it would be better that way. God bless,and Thank u very much.. And the devotion last night really hit me, but I'm blessed,  I really thank God for giving us a pastor like u. Your 1 in a million.. And a good response from my E-mail Reports: My church is going to take you on for support and we would like to have you in our Mission Conference in Nov. 2010. Parrish has his at that same time so maybe we can work something out., Fellowship Baptist Church,Charlotte, N. C.
