YOUTH OUTREACH A SUCCESS:  On March 31st, we conducted a "YOUTH CHARACTER FEST" which was well attended by some other church youth groups and my Values Education class at a neighboring high school.  Please pray as we follow-up on all these prospects and new converts in the weeks ahead, that they may become a part of our church youth group..

New Mission Point being Started!
After conducting several Bible studies in an isolated resettlement area with no church, we will now build a shelter to conduct preliminary worship services.  Please pray as the spiritual potential is there for this to become a church plant.  Pictured, are the converts God has given us from this area.

What's New?
New Link Address . . .   After my Webstarts editor was slowing down, I noticed a slight change in my address.  On October 27th, they replaced the "s1" on my address with "s2" - probably to rectify their ever growing number of free clients like me.  This means you should re-save this page as a favorites or bookmark it again to update your link.   This may also be true for other Webstart pages (change s1 to s2).  Otherwise, you'll keep getting my October 26th Editions of what you were looking for.

New Website Additions . . .
I just posted a new photo album at Flickr and already had 80 visits. I think it's pretty good and informative. CLICK HERE to check it out.  Also, to help construct my furlough itinerary, you can CLICK HERE to view how it's falling into place, to e-mail me for scheduling, and to read some of the testimonies from churches I have been in.  And then, there is my SUPPORTERS HALL OF FAME page, which honors all our supporters for this last quarter!  And lastly, just recently, I started a new BLOGS SITE which unlike before, was actually designed for it.

New Ministries . . .  We now have three new Bible studies that are producing fruit, I'm increasing my outreaches to an area High School (now four sections), we are establishing a new Mission Point in a resettlement area, a Police Station where I previously held Bible studies let me resume my lectures, and I'm sort of enjoying new contacts through Facebook!

Current Status . .

Things are falling into place for our furlough.  We turned in our visa renewal applications to make it easier to return, and will get our tickets once we determine there were no complications.  I was able to preach the Second Anniversary of our Iba Bible Baptist Mission and God blessed with several indicating a desire to receive Christ. God also gave us a good seminary graduation (March 23rd)) as well as a well-attended Youth Character Fest (March 31st).

I also enjoyed what looks like to be about fifteen genuine conversions from my High School outreaches so please pray as I disciple them.  I want them to be involved in our youth group.  For Photos CLICK HERE.

We gained a new family who transferred from another Independent Baptist church, have another family visiting, enjoyed six baptisms and four new Bible studies since our last report, and our attendance is growing.  It looks like we are coming out of our trials.

Our "Borabor" resettlement outreach is also doing well, and it looks like this will become our second mission point this term, with the potential to become another church plant.    Borabor Outreach Photos

FB FRIEND: Pastor Mike I'm so blessed with the ministry that you have in the Phils. Pls keep reaching out our kababayans over there, I will pray for you! Press on! Keep serving God for your labour is not in vain in the Lord! GOD BLESS you and your family! I Cor.15:58

TEEN FROM IBA BIBLE BAPTIST MISSION: you're really good person pastor mike... we hope that you will always continue your missions...just continue and don't give up to serve other people and open their eyes to see god in their hearts...

NEW FB FRIEND: I have heard so many things about you and how dedicated you are in spreading the word and wisdom of God. I am deeply honored to be your friend here! Even before you accepted my friend request, you were already a friend, I read your stuff and it makes me feel that I am not alone. I come from a family of non believers and it is so hard to fight the viewpoints of my own family but it will not stop me from believing! If I may ask, please help me pray for my own strength to keep my faith and also pray for my family. Mabuhay ka Mike!

NEVER MET THIS ONE: I want to thank you for the work you have done. My nephew has talked about you to his grandparents and they have passed it on to me. You seem to have inspired him to become a great christian and with that came the forgiveness that had to happen to bring John David Valdez Cross to be reunited with his dad. So again Thank you. We have yet to meet my nephew and can't wait until the day we will finally see him. Have yourself a great day and I hope you will have the opportunity to meet my brother. Take care.

ANOTHER FB FRIEND: you are a real blessing to me ,you enlightened my dulling spirit thank you very much for showing me the way , when I was about to wander again!!! to God be the Glory for a Pastor like you.May God bless the goodness of your heart.

ANOTHER FB FRIEND: You made me praise God the more today for knowing that you are missionaries in San Marcelino. I'm from Zambales and just last night I'm asking God whom he will send to our town in Sta. Cruz? God gave me greater hope. I'll pray that God will burden another Family to go to my place.

Please pray for missionaries in the southern Philippines, and for peaceful elections throughout this Nation!

I'm now on furlough and our church and ministries are under the care of some godly men who were trained in our church and seminary.  So far, God continues to bless what we had started with fruitful ministries and increasing attendance.  This is the true test of Missions!
